Welcome to our community.
Our team wants to get to know you, where you are from, what motivates you, your favourite TV show, your reason for coming. We are small deliberately. We want you to feel part of something - we're genuinely excited to see you next session and to watch you progress.

Small Group Personal Training
Our semi private, small group coached classes, capped at 6 people. Use alongside our wider group classes to get more personalised instruction helping you to improve form and gain greater confidence to know how to achieve your goals and make ongoing progress with your training.
We will use dumbbells, kettlebells & barbells along with cardio equipment and TRX. Our coaches will educate you on correct form and technique helping you to become stronger and more resilient.
We have specific sessions for lower body, upper body + fitness. We will have dedicated days for strength, endurance and high intensity, enabling members access to a well rounded training programme.

Row + Reps
Our Signature Class
A varied and challenging class combining intervals on the rower with strength and explosive work on the floor. To keep you motivated and challenged, each class will vary to focus on upper body, lower body, HIIT and endurance. Lifting your mood and maximising your motivation to train, we guarantee our Row & Reps class will ensure you get the best result on your training time. The focus of the class is to build fitness, muscular endurance and strength.

Strength Circuits
Designed for those who value efficiency and results. Our strength circuits class delivers a complete training experience. Our coaches will take you through a warm up designed to help you improve mobiity, practise functional movement patterns and prepare your body to get strong. The sessions will include squatting, lunging, hinging, pushing, pulling and core stability along with bursts of higher itensity. Circuit classes build a fantastic community environment and are scalable for everyone.

Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, these classes are what you need to move better, feel stronger and live with confidence.
We offer two different TRX classes;
Strength - a full body workout using all major muscle groups, enhancing balance and core strength whilst promoting functional strength.
Pilates -combines the bodyweight resistance of TRX with the core control and precision of Pilates. The TRX straps provide support and add instability, forcing greater muscle engagement for stability. Emphasises constant core engagement for stability, pelvic control and spinal alignment

Core Strength
This is a dynamic class designed to build a strong and functional core. We blend the precision and control of Pilates with modern core training, enhancing posture, mobility and endurance while developing deep abdominal strength that supports your daily movement and athletic performance.
A strong core is the foundation of movement, leading to better balance, improved posture, reduced back pain and enhanced athletic performance. This class is designed to make your core your powerhouse.
